JOB SUMMARYThe Company has an immediate opening for an attorney to work on cutting-edge environmental legal issues. This role involves providing legal advice to the Company on environmental compliance and enforcement matters that range from routine to complex. Such matters may include supporting compliance with reporting obligations (e.g., Clean Air Act semi-annual reporting), determining applicability of various state and federal environmental laws and regulations to projects and operations, developing internal guidance documents to promote compliance assurance, supporting environmental due diligence, evaluating state and federal notification requirements for potential compliance issues, managing resolution of potential enforcement matters with state and federal agencies, and providing legal support for environmental remediation work.This position can be located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, or Houston, Texas. Relocation is available for the successful candidate.
