Job Description:
In 2024, OneOncology added 6 new partner practices to its oncology MSO platform, acquired Navigating Care, a premier patient portal and patient education tool to incorporate into the technology suite offered to our partner practices, assisted our existing partner practices in growing locally by adding 17 site locations and more than 100 physicians, respectively, and expanded our mission to support urology-focused community-based practices by acquiring United Urology Group, a national urology management services organization, supporting more than 250 providers with more than 1,300 employees, to drive quality-based outcomes through the continuum of care for patients with urologic diseases and cancers.
The Legal and Compliance Executive Assistant will report to the Chief Legal Officer and support senior members of the legal and compliance team across the combined OneOncology Platform (OneOncology, United Urology and Navigating Care). This will include primary support for the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Vice Presidents of OneOncology as well as ancillary department support. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, and composure. The position will be facilitating key team activities and projects, heavy calendar management and meeting coordination, as well as travel and expenses.
Responsibilities for this position will require that one thinks and plans ahead, prioritizes short and long term, and manages time effectively. It requires superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and juggle multiple projects/priorities. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Flexibility and the ability to change direction at a moment’s notice is crucial to this position.
The successful candidate will possess the skills to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations which require a quick turnaround, be able to take effective action without having to know the complete picture, and efficiently and proactively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the department or other related groups. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, process expense reports, update organizational charts, and act as a general liaison between your team members and other departments.

Responsibilities
- Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature which require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate needs of the team across the various components of the platform (OneOncology, United Urology and Navigating Care)
- Arrange travel plans for the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer and other senior members of the Legal/Compliance team as needed.
- Develop and maintain contact lists for business arrangements, schedules, and all information requests
- Maintain, organize and process all internal and external documents, expense reports, and invoices
- Manage and arrange calendars, meetings, schedules daily
- Prepare, proofread, and edit all correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

- At least 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting senior leaders of organizations

- Ideal candidates will also have with legal invoicing review and legal systems (such as contract life cycle management)
