Job Description:
The Growth Enablement Associate will report to OneOncology’s Sr. Growth Enablement Manager. This team enables Growth Enablement through leveraging market data to drive growth strategy and insights, along with developing materials for overall M&A expansion opportunity support. This individual must exhibit strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist Growth Enablement Manager with identification and evaluation of M&A opportunities for OneOncology and OneOncology partner practices.
- Leverage data sources to assist in assessing new and existing geographies.
- Support M&A opportunity efforts, including inbound opportunity qualification and segmentation and internal identification of potential opportunities.
- Assist with market assessments and material creation for OneOncology’s investment committee.
- Support pitch deck creation, iteration, and maintenance.
- Lead market research ahead of practice meetings and support with meeting strategy.
- Support competitive intel gathering, summarizing findings and key trends to inform expansion strategy.
- Attend presentations and practice meetings to understand changing practice needs.
- Support data entry and data cleanliness in the CRM.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and market drivers.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Business Development, Strategic Finance, Analytics, Operations.
- Develop a strong understanding of company services as well as business position and competition.
- Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.
- Experience using CRM software to effectively manage and track data (such as salesforce.com or monday.com)
- Experience with market research and data analysis
- Ability to switch gears between projects quickly, recalling key project facts and details in a timely manner
- Ability to be proactive, highly organized, and handle ambiguity
- Desire to work cross-functionally for the greater good of company goals
- Preferred – Experience in healthcare technology, oncology, or internal practice growth strategies
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master's Degree preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Consulting, Operations, or Growth Enablement Role
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
