Job Description:
The OncoEMR Electronic Health Record (EHR) Regimen Builder will report to OneOncology’s Vice President of Pharmacy Services. An ideal candidate will be ready to partner with the OneOncology Clinical Pharmacy Services and Practice Optimization Teams to provide OncoEMR regimen build expertise. Candidate will accurately and successfully build National Comprehensive Cancer Network regimens to meet the individual needs of practices. This will require critical collaboration with the involved OneOncology departments and practices through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role will be contract, working part-time hours (~20 hours per week), and remote.
Responsibilities
Acts as a liaison and resource for the OneOncology Clinical Pharmacy Services and Pharma Optimization Teams, as well as the relevant practice, to build the required National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) regimens
Will demonstrate regimen build expertise through accurate and complete NCCN regimen builds with incorporation of necessary OneOncology and Individual Practice components
Participates in the management of the regimen build project by prioritizing and critically evaluating project plan and timeline
Triage and address any practice clinical concerns/complaints surrounding NCCN regimen builds
Serve as a liaison between OneOncology practices and Flatiron Health to address any practice needs and/or concerns surrounding content of NCCN regimens
Other duties as assigned
Key Competencies
Knowledge of cancer medications, dosing, and proper admixture utilizing appropriate resources
Knowledge of clinic procedures and operations
Previous experience building regimens in OncoEMR
Strong people skills for pharmacy staff and practice interactions
Ability to use computers and software applications (MS Office products)
Excellent written and oral communication
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent project management skills with an emphasis on detail and follow-through
Ability to take role as a 1099 and sign BAA
Qualifications
High school diploma
Minimum 2-year oncology experience required
Experience with Flatiron Health OncoEMR software
Flexible hours to support projects assigned
