We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a demonstrated focus on UX/UI Design to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces, enhancing user experiences, and delivering high-quality design solutions across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio showcasing their ability to create clean, intuitive designs and a solid understanding of both graphic design and user experience principles.

*This role is onsite in our Scottsdale, AZ office 5 days a week*

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually engaging designs for digital platforms, including websites and marketing materials, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
• Use your understanding of UX/UI principles to create layouts and user interfaces that are visually appealing and highly functional for users.
• Create prototypes and engage in user testing to validate design concepts and make improvements based on user feedback.
• Conduct research (qualitative and quantitative) to understand design challenges, user preferences, and behaviors to refine and enhance designs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design work aligns with the overall brand strategy and user-centered goals.
• Produce polished, ready-for-development designs and assets, maintaining consistency and quality across all deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on UX/UI design
• Ability to provide a portfolio to demonstrate your design process and final products.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign)
• A strong understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experienced in using Figma for wireframing, UI design, and team collaboration, as well as Sketch for designing and prototyping UI elements and interfaces.
• Experience working with design systems and maintaining consistency in visual assets.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate design ideas effectively to both creative and technical teams.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and in a team environment.
