Must be highly flexible; able to accommodate changing needs of the department. 5. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language abilities desirable. 6. Knowledge of basic math and modern office procedures. 7. Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision. Proven flexibility and willingness to handle a variety of tasks. 8. Willingness to work evenings and / or weekends, if necessary (as discussed and planned in advance). 9. Basic to intermediate computer knowledge and skills. 10. Training and / or experience with computer data entry and ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Fitness and nutrition consultants assess a client or patient's current wellness. In individual consultations you will relate the findings of that assessment to the diet and exercise factors likely contributing to strengths, deficiencies or illnesses. Our fitness / nutrition program manager will also work on a larger scale, developing nutrition and activity programs for our patients and coordinating their nutritional care with medical providers and other consultants at all OnePeak Medical locations. This position will also involve oversight of the fitness / nutrition consultants and nutrition program at OnePeak. The primary goal is to oversee and assist our consultants, to ensure they are helping our providers optimize the health of our patients through balanced diet and exercise. 1. Managing all One Peak Clinic Fitness / Nutrition personnel / programs (21 hours / week) : a. Creating all nutritional protocols and group programs b. Provide social Media content for nutrition / fitness c. Liaison between providers and nutritionists-retention / promotions / communication d. Oversee and promote community opportunities / community wellness programs / partnerships e. Training new consultants upon hire or on new protocols / programs, create a training manual and run monthly zoom training calls, and retreat planning / implementation f. Employee health initiatives-guide all employees through our nutritional programs g. Any other management / content creation / training things you want me to do! 2. Practice as a Fitniess / Nutrition consultant (2 days / week) : a. Provides safe, comprehensive, empowering, and professional Nutrition and Fitness Coaching. b. Coordinate patients plan of care with our providers, as necessary. c. Assist the providers in achieving patients health goals. d. Engages patients in OnePeak Medical's services, supplements, and technology. e. Leads nutrition consultations and coaching sessions. f. Facilitates seminars & group nutrition / fitness events for patients. g. Promotes and sells nutrition programs, information and supplements to patients. h. Complies with all company safety rules. i.
