ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
· Guaranteed salary for the first 9 - 12 months with an option to move to a productivity-based model once established
· As a OnePeak Medical Provider, you will utilize business metrics to learn how to manage your panel and maximize your earning potential
· 4 Day work week, 3 day weekend
· Monthly bonuses for product and supplement sales
· Extensive functional medicine training program with Nisha Jackson, PhD for all new providers
· We honor support! New providers start out with 40-minute appointments for 4-8 weeks and will transition into 30-minute appointments
· In house PMHNP and Fitness & Nutrition Advisor available for referrals and consults
NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS
· Current, unrestricted Oregon state license or ability to obtain license
· DEA license
· National Certification
· Passionate and enthusiastic about prevention-focused primary care
