Overview
OnePoint Patient Care is seeking a highly capable and motivated individual for a part time Pharmacy Fill Technician position. OnePoint Patient Care is a non-retail pharmacy that focuses on providing exceptional customer service and meeting the pharmacy needs for hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, long-term acute care centers, and other specialized care centers nationwide.
This position will provide the opportunity to grow your pharmaceutical skills under the direct guidance of a state licensed pharmacist while providing essential care to our patients in our closed-door pharmacy. Our organization is in high growth mode, which can provide opportunities for advancement for individuals looking for career progression!
Schedule:
Every other Sunday, weekday coverage as needed
Qualifications:
- State pharmacy tech license required
- National certification preferred
- Previous long term care experience beneficial

Responsibilities
- Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide high level of customer service by answering pharmacy phones and responding promptly to the requests ofcolleagues, patients, nurses, physicians, and hospice personnel.
- Contribute to the efficient workflow of the pharmacy by maintaining a high productivity level and an error-free workproduct.
- Maintain the orderliness of the pharmacy by keeping pharmacy countertops and drug bay shelves tidy andorganized.
- Enter, access, and verify the accuracy of data in the pharmacy system.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with standard pharmacy concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professional composure in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work cooperatively with both technicians and pharmacists.
- Flexible work schedule.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Pharmacy Technician License that is current and in good standing with the State Board (Certification is preferable).
