Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We are currently seeking a professional, clean-cut Security Concierge to join our team for an overnight shift. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in either security or customer service who take pride in their work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must play an active role in greeting and assisting residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner (for example: holding the door for someone entering, greeting people with a smile).
- Monitor security systems and perform regular property checks
- Report any suspicious activity or incidents in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain a visible and welcoming presence in the lobby
- Coordinate with the property manager and site staff as needed
- Ensure safety protocols and building procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Valid and active Security Guard License
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security or customer service
- High school diploma required
- Some college coursework required; college degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available for an in-person interview at our office
- Will be required to complete a second-round interview with the property manager if selected
Uniform:
A professional company-issued suit will be provided and must be worn on shift.
