They are seeking to add an experienced Sr. Production Engineer w/ these qualifications:
- BS in Engineering -preference for Petroleum
- Minimum 7 years production/operations engineering experience
- Preference for expertise w/ mature, onshore assets requiring artificial lift
- Solid technical production engineering skillset in both subsurface & surface
- Demonstrated know how for annual budget & planning cycle, tracking, management reporting
- Excellent leadership/supervision attributes required to manage technician, analyst, field personnel
- Close attention to detail to monitor/report daily crude inventory & monthly forecast of sales
- Proven ability to lead production optimization program working closely w/ Operations Manager & field personnel to plan/execute well operations, chemical programs, artificial lift, etc
- Self-starter, confident leader, calm demeanor, organized, trustworthy, solid work ethic
