We're Hiring! – Customer Service Representative
OneSource Staffing is seeking a highly motivated individual who enjoys a high volume, fast paced environment. This position is for a Customer Service Rep located in Mountain Top.
This is a direct hire position!
Salary : $40,000 to 60,000 based on experience
Position : Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Primary Responsibilities :
Prioritize customer satisfaction every day
Develop product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Process orders and resolve issues efficiently
Work both independently and as part of a team
Maintain reliability and punctuality
Communicate effectively (both written & verbal)
Utilize critical thinking and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
Adapt to changing customer demands
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Qualifications :
Experience with Oracle programs is a plus
Previous customer service experience required
