Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ERP Data Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on the setup and maintenance of ERP data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. This includes managing item information, bills of materials (BOMs), bills of operations (BOOs), routings, and locations to reflect the reality of our manufacturing and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent analytical skills, and is passionate about maintaining clean and accurate data to support operational success.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update all part master data, including BOMs, BOOs, routings, costs, and locations in the ERP system (Epicor).
• Develop and enforce strategies and policies for effective ERP data management.
• Manage revision control for parts within the ERP system.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve or escalate data issues promptly.
• Collaborate with business units, data owners, and IT teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and optimize data processes.
• Audit and ensure part master data consistency across the system.
• Create and maintain detailed procedural documentation for all part master data activities.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management.

Experience & Qualifications

2–4 years in a manufacturing environment creating and managing item data.

Strong competence with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, data manipulation).

Exceptional attention to detail.
