Our client company in Green Lane, Pa. is looking for full time production operators.
On the job training is provided!
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Night shift 6 : 45pm-7am, $16.50 and 17.00 per hour, 3 / 4 rotation
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Day shift 6 : 45am - 7 pm - $16.00 and $16.50 per hour 3 / 4 rotation
Rotating schedule, first week 3 days on, 4 days off; second week 4 days on 3 days off.
The Production Operator will operate various types of injection molding machines and assembly operations producing a large assortment of products to support manufacturing. Operators are responsible for the entire manufacturing process, including assembly, performing quality checks and monitoring the process. Must demonstrate a positive work attitude, producing quality products at all times. The Production Operator has the authority to report any process that is producing nonconforming product or any safety violation.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the company's quality Policy as it relates to your function
- Before operating any equipment or machine, review the job folder and work order for detailed manufacturing instructions, including packaging and any special requirements
- Operate one or multiple mold press machines, equipment or operations as assigned. Operations may include, but are not limited to : Removing gates, trimming, drilling, sonic welding, assembly, pad printing, and packaging.
- Follow both verbal and written instructions, and accurately complete all quality and production related documentation required for each specific work order.
- Maintain accurate and complete production counts and the required level of efficiency and product quality.
- Participate in company sponsored training, continuous improvement and team activities.
- Keep workstations and surrounding areas clean and in an orderly manner
- Follow all safety regulations and the use of equipment as directed by the supervisor.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
