Position : a Regional Director for our Buffalo Regional Support Office
Territories : 45-minute radius around the Williamsville Office
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee a team of seven, including :
1 Regional Sales Representative
2 Sales Representatives
3 Franchise Advisors
1 Administrative Coordinator
Develop and manage a high-performing team, leveraging your leadership experience.
Demonstrate expertise in hunter sales, including cold calling and lead generation.
Drive team performance to meet and exceed company goals.
Support franchise sales and business development activities.
Ensure smooth regional operations while aligning with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
Requirements :
Proven experience managing multiple departments (Sales and Operations).
Demonstrated success in hunter sales, with strong cold-calling skills.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to develop high-performing teams.
Ability to document and present past success in similar roles.
Minimum of 3 years of management experience or relevant training.
College degree or an exceptional history of professional achievements.
Familiarity with P&L management, business planning, and operational experience in the service industry is a plus.
Compensation :
Base Salary : $70,000–$85,000 (based on experience)
Commission Potential : $15,000–$20,000 in the first 12 months

50 / month cell phone allowance.
