Support Center Sales Marketing Representative

Essential Purpose of the Job
The Support Center Marketing Representative (MR) is responsible for achieving the Company’s sales goals by implementing effective strategies to secure new business and grow the customer base. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, the MR is expected to meet or exceed established targets through a combination of in-person prospecting, phone outreach, and strategic relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Goals & Prospecting :
Meet or exceed a monthly quota of $3,500 in new starts after the first 6 months.
- Make a minimum of 40–50 calls per day and conduct at least 10 door knocks daily (excluding Fridays).
- Set at least 16 appointments per month leading to proposals.
Client Relationship Management :
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current customers to generate additional leads.
Conduct walk-throughs and assess prospect needs to offer tailored proposals.Collaborate with Franchise Business Owners to upsell services and products.Account Management :
Ensure at least a 30% closing ratio for proposals.
Sell initial cleans for at least 50% of new starts.Perform a minimum of 4 Quality Control Calls (QCCs) per month and relay insights to the Regional Director.Administrative Duties :
Update Zoho CRM and proposal logs regularly.
Submit weekly activity, monthly commission, and expense reports promptly.Secure 10 Most Important Account (MIA) reference letters in the first 6 months, increasing to 20 by the first year.Team Collaboration :
Participate in weekly sales and staff meetings.
Work with the Regional Director to align on office goals and strategies.Compensation
Base Salary : $45,000 annually.First-Year Earnings Potential : $65,000 with commissions.Commission Structure :40% on sales (paid monthly after services start).
Quarterly bonuses :10% for starting $13,500 or more in sales per quarter.
Additional 5% for starting 15 or more accounts.Additional commissions on services and products :5% on customer one-time services and initial cleans.
10% on initial supply orders.40% on account increases.Benefits

At least 2 years of proven sales success.College degree preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone and face-to-face).Must reside within a 45-minute commute of the office.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).Action-oriented with a drive for results and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Comfortable with a field-based role, canvassing, and running appointments 75% of the time.Environmental & Physical Requirements
Ability to travel within the assigned territory by car.Physically able to walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs. for extended periods.Work Schedule
