Summary
The Strategic Operations Process Analyst is responsible for analysis, redesign, optimization, and auditing of organizational processes and workflows, as well as coordination of all related activities between Asurint's Product, Technology, and Operational teams. Is also responsible for operational escalations and workflows specific to the company's Drug Testing & Medical Services
Responsibilities
Promotes and implements best practices in the application of policies, processes, procedures, and other elements of governance affecting operational risk throughout the organization.
Conducts VSM and SIPOC workshops with follow-ups on implementation of process and control improvements.
Prepares detailed reports of workflows, research, and process improvements focused on organizational growth.
Acts as subject matter expert on Asurint Drug Testing & Medical Services capabilities and workflows.
Documents project plans and implements change control procedures; assists in defining requirements and design of workflows for projects.
Assists in prioritization of features and helps build consensus among stakeholders when necessary.
Communicates relevant project information, facilitates meetings, and coordinates activities across team members; ensures issues and potential roadblocks are effectively communicated to stakeholders.
Participates in entry and exit meetings to ensure that acceptance criteria are met and that final deliverables satisfy business needs.
Develops user acceptance test plans, coordinates, facilitates, and participates in user acceptance testing (UAT) phase between vendor and customer.
Ensures timely and effective delivery of organizational solutions, workflows, processes, audits, and effective project handoff to Operations, Account Management, and / or support teams.

Requirements
Experience as a technical project manager or project coordinator is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies, software development lifecycle, and problem solving is required.
Understanding of ISO specifications (certification is not required).
Ability to work in a dynamic environment where roles and responsibilities evolve in response to the implementation of new projects, processes, and procedures.
Experience understanding / questioning activities and issues in multiple functional areas and making sound business decisions based on the data is required.
Experience managing multiple, parallel projects and meeting stated customer-initiated deadlines is required.
Experience using influence management and conflict resolution tactics is required.
Experience with / understanding of software development is required.
Experience with the legal / court system is preferred.
Experience with background screening is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required. Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred.
Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration, program management or a related field is required. Master's degree is preferred.
Certifications or licensure : PMP and CSM certification is preferred. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience is preferred. If you do any work-related driving while at Asurint, a driver's license and ability to maintain a driving record that is satisfactory to the company's liability insurance carrier is required.
Years of relevant experience : 2 to 5 years is preferred.

Working Conditions
The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions typical of offices, including the need for general safe workplace practices with office equipment and computers, avoidance of trips and falls, and observance of fire regulations.
This position is performed remotely within the United States or in an office setting in the Cleveland, Ohio headquarters, although off-site meetings in various settings may occur.
Inside Asurint's office environment, the noise level is usually quiet to moderate.
In a remote setting, the employee is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment, for arranging the off-site workspace in an ergonomically sound manner, and for maintaining standard Internet speeds in order to work effectively.
In a remote setting, the employee is required to ensure that all equipment and records that are the property of Asurint but have been relocated to the off-site workplace, are maintained in a safe and secure manner and are used only for business purposes.
The schedule is generally normal Eastern Time Zone business hours (unless otherwise communicated based on position or working location), although the employee may be required to perform work, attend meetings and events before or after normal workings hours, and occasionally on weekends and evenings.
Some travel by personal automobile and a valid driver's license may be required. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Ability to lift light objects (less than 20 pounds) and carry them short distances (20 feet or less) is required.
