Supply Chain Analyst

Position Summary

One Spa World is seeking a motivated and qualified Supply Chain Analyst to join our team.

In this position, the ideal candidate will need strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and deployment of pricing files used in the POS systems in spas on board cruise ships. In addition, the Pricing Administrator will be responsible for providing pricing and deployment summaries as required to support the operation.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide support to MediSpa Procurement and Material Management teams through order processing, system maintenance, inventory and financial reporting.
• Partner closely with procurement, distribution partners, and suppliers to improve cost, inventory targets, and service key performance measures, as well as ERP system maintenance and cycle order support.
• Support communication inquiries and requests related to distribution and delivery of products to vessels.
• Provide MRP analysis/replenishment review of required stocking levels for materials in the responsible regions and update master data, as necessary.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, cost effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, quality issues, and compliance challenges.
• Leverage supply chain management software and tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
• Responsible for meeting organizational financial goals, including cost savings, purchase price variance and inventory targets set annually.
• Manage the assignment of SKUs to each location in the database
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or equivalent work experience required
• Proficient Computer Skills, including Excel, Word, Power Point

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be willing to work on call (remotely) on weekends or holidays
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
