About the Job:
As a Case Management Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating long-term care for patients. Your primary goal is to provide optimal treatment at the right time to keep patients healthy and out of the hospital.
You will work closely with specific groups of patients, choosing to specialize in treating people with diseases such as HIV/AIDS or cancer, or working with patients of certain age groups like geriatrics or pediatrics.
To achieve this goal, you will research the latest treatment procedures and collaborate with insurance companies to ensure your patients receive the best possible care at an affordable cost.
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage patient care and make informed decisions.

We offer a competitive pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
