OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team on a 13-week travel assignment. As a Medical Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating complex imaging equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in all aspects of patient care.
Compensation:
The estimated weekly salary for this position is $1,500 - $2,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Medical Imaging Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body
- Preparing patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly
- Collaborating with radiologists and nurses to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including patient information and imaging results
Requirements:
To be successful as a Medical Imaging Specialist on this travel assignment, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical imaging
- Current licensure or certification as a Medical Imaging Specialist
- Strong technical skills and ability to operate complex imaging equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
