Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team as a travel pharmacist in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.
- Filling medication orders and monitoring patient medication therapies
- Counseling patients and documenting inventory
- Providing drug information and supervising support personnel
- Communicating effectively to provide patient care and education
