About the Role:
The Progressive Care Nurse will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients who are not unstable enough to require ICU care but still need close monitoring of cardiac and other critical vital signs. The successful candidate will be responsible for detecting any changes in patient condition and intervening as necessary to prevent life-threatening or emergency situations.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor cardiac and other critical vital signs to detect any changes in patient condition
* Provide high-quality care to patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessment
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
* Detect any changes in patient condition and intervene as necessary to prevent life-threatening or emergency situations
