OneStaff Medical is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing professional for a travel nursing job in Garrison, North Dakota.
Job Summary
This role requires working with complex wound dressings, rehabilitation, tube feedings, or rapidly changing health status. A number of patients may have a health status that changes quickly.
Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patient needs, including wound care and rehabilitation
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
- RN licensure in good standing
- Experience in skilled nursing, preferably with complex wounds or rapidly changing health status
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights, with flexibility to float to other units as needed
