Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Shadow support engineers to gain experience with interacting with and assisting customers.
- Shadow performance support engineers to learn how we approach triaging and solving OneStream software performance cases.
- Gain exposure to reviewing azure resource utilization, performance logs, and Azure settings.
- Work with customers to acquire error logs and task logs to assist with troubleshooting issues.
- Gain exposure to Service Now Case Management system and learn how to triage cases.
- Learn proper case management customer communication etiquette.
- Help submit azure environment resize requests.
- Help document technical knowledge including knowledgebase or internal confluence articles.
