Summary
The Senior Director of Field Marketing will lead and manage a team of field marketers to drive demand and build brand awareness within North America and LATAM. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. Additionally, working with the Campaigns team, the Senior Director will implement and oversee Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts and drive personalized marketing efforts within the region.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Leadership and Strategy :
Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy that aligns with overall company goals.
Design and implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts and drive hyper-personalized marketing efforts.
Oversee the planning and execution of regional marketing programs, events, and campaigns to drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with NA SVP Sales, and regional sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support sales objectives.
