Compensation : $105,000.00 - $140,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) Benefits / Variable Comp / Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary
We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our Demand Gen team at OneStream Software, a leading corporate performance management (CPM) platform for the office of finance. The experienced candidate will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of a comprehensive Field Marketing plan for their assigned region and may be aligned with and manage regional Field Marketing Managers and Specialists. They will work closely with OneStream Marketing and Sales teams to create and execute demand generation plans to drive consistent, high-quality pipelines.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a bi-annual Field Marketing strategy and plan to meet established pipeline goals, incorporating tactics including but not limited to :
Virtual and in-person events

SAP Outlooksoft BPC
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Supervisory Responsibility
This position may be responsible for supervising regional Field Marketing Managers and Specialists.
Travel
Travel Requirement : Travel as needed, estimated at 10%.
