Summary
The Senior Learning Experience Designer will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that support the knowledge, skills, and effectiveness of our global revenue team. This role will work closely with revenue leadership, product teams, and subject matter experts to create engaging, visually appealing training content that meets the needs of our fast-paced sales environment. Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing a variety of training materials, including presentations, eLearning content, and in-person resources. Strong skills in PowerPoint, video editing and visual design are essential to create compelling, executive-level presentations and learning experiences.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Instructional Design & Content Creation
- Design and develop sales enablement training materials, including PowerPoint decks, eLearning modules, and resources for live and virtual training sessions.
- Use visual storytelling and graphic design to create high-quality, branded presentations and training resources that captivate and educate sales professionals.
- Develop learning content for various formats, including infographics, role-play scenarios, and interactive simulations.

Required Education and Experience
BS / MS in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communications, or relevant field 5 years of experience in instructional design, instructional technologies.
5 years of experience in training content creation, ideally within sales enablement or a similar environment.
Experience designing, developing, and delivering emerging learning solutions including game-based learning, video, micro-learning, simulations, and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements strongly preferred.
Experience with Graphics / Photo imaging / Video software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Visio, etc.), Articulate 360, Synthesia, etc. with prior experience in using or launching Learning Management Systems is a plus.
Strong project management and leadership skills to achieve design target timelines.
Strong grasp of adult learning principles and interest in sales-focused training.
