Compensation : $100,00.00, $130,000 (Range applies to US candidates only) Benefits / Variable Comp / Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary
This position will be responsible for oversight and project management relevant to assigned Solution Network Programs. This role will have direct accountability for the successful completion of various program elements and the establishment of quality deliverables across multiple strategic initiatives within the organization. The individual holding this position will be supporting marketing and training content, project managing technical development with partners, and working on various aspects of readiness activities internally and externally.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Communication with Solution Network project leads to gather and report on program KPIs.
- Project management of 4-5 Solution Network initiatives.
- Coordination of communications, reporting, and the facilitation of multi-functional meetings.
- Assist in program definition, execution, and governance for development partners.
- Management of Approval / certification processes for development partners.
- Content organization for Solution Network initiatives and solution development.
- Development Advisory Board and Splash involvement - contribute to building the excitement around solutions in the Solution Exchange. (successes, usage, etc).
- Documentation and optimization of program processes, focused on creating repeatable and measurable activities for programs.
