- Reach out to and taking inbound calls from businesses, actively selling our diverse product range with enthusiasm and clarity
- Build rapport and foster trust with customers through effective communication
- Identify customer needs through consultation, ensuring you provide them with the best solutions that fit their requirements
- Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to a positive team environment
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience
- Previous experience in sales or call center environment is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is what we value the most!
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere over the phone
- Excellent verbal communication skills; you should be able to articulate messages clearly and effectively
