What you'll do:
- Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and provide top-notch customer service
- Solve customer issues and create a positive experience from start to finish
- Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction
- Quickly find effective answers to customer questions
- Know when to elevate issues, making sure every voice is taken into account
- Strong communication skills with a friendly tone
- Professional and approachable phone etiquette
- A heartfelt passion for helping customers and making their day better
- Ability to handle pressure with grace and poise
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer support is a great plus!
- Knowledge of Mobility and Data products is appreciated!
- The WEEKLY COMISSION will be paid based on performance, you receive can an additional $1, $2, or $3 an hour.
- Monthly COMISSION - To qualify for the monthly commission, YOU MUST WORK 150 HOURS AND 7 DAY FUNCTION RESOLVE 91% OR HIGHER.
- Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week schedule, with overtime opportunities!
