Here's what you'll be doing:
- Fielding calls to provide world-class customer service for a top mobile company
- Transforming challenges into opportunities by resolving customer issues effectively
- Creating a satisfying experience as you handle inquiries and complaints
- Finding the best solutions to answer questions quickly and efficiently
- Knowing when to escalate issues, ensuring every concern is addressed
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- A friendly and professional telephone demeanor
- A genuine passion for helping customers and enhancing their experience
- Ability to stay cool under pressure and manage escalated situations
- Previous experience in retail or customer service/call center (1-2 years preferred)
- Familiarity with Mobility and Data products is a plus!
- The WEEKLY COMISSION will be paid as 3 tiers based on ORS Score. Based on your ORS Score depends on if you receive an additional $1, $2, or $3 an hour.
- Monthly COMISSION - To qualify for the monthly commission, YOU MUST WORK 150 HOURS AND 7 DAY FUNCTION RESOLVE 91% OR HIGHER.
- If you have more than 150 hours you will be paid additional $1 for every hour worked for the month.
- Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week schedule, with overtime opportunities!
