- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for various roles within the organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers alike
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates across multiple departments
- Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and fit within our company culture
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices and strategies
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline the recruitment process
- Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining a positive candidate experience
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve the time-to-fill for positions
- Stay informed about industry trends and adapt recruitment strategies to ensure competitiveness in the talent market
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within an internal HR environment
- Experience with high-volume recruitment and sourcing strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
