Position Overview: As a Remote Client Support Agent, you'll be responsible for helping clients navigate their inquiries and concerns through clear communication. You'll act as a crucial link between our clients and the services we provide, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from clients, providing prompt and knowledgeable support.
- Identify customer needs and determine appropriate solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
- Resolve issues and challenges effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure confidentiality of customer information.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve user experience.
- Previous experience in customer support or related field (1-2 years preferred).

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
