Service is everything!Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer to join our Consumer Direct / Call Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding senior homeowners through the reverse mortgage process, providing expert consultation, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. You will work directly with inbound and outbound callers to identify their needs, educate them about reverse mortgage products, and help them secure financing to improve their financial well-being. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment while helping clients achieve financial security.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide expert guidance to senior homeowners inquiring about reverse mortgage options, explaining product features, benefits, and eligibility requirements.Respond to inbound calls and conduct outbound calls to potential borrowers, converting leads into loan applications. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.Assess client eligibility for reverse mortgage loans, complete loan applications, and submit all required documentation for processing.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and reverse mortgage products to effectively educate clients and provide tailored solutions.Ensure all loan activities comply with federal, state, and company regulations, including the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) guidelines and other reverse mortgage-related standards.Assist clients in completing required paperwork, including disclosures, loan applications, and other relevant forms.
