Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Insurance Agent to join our team. This role emphasizes lead generation and relationship-building as you grow and nurture a robust referral network. You will help clients identify their insurance needs and deliver comprehensive coverage solutions for individuals and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new leads through networking, community involvement, and referral programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, referral partners, and local businesses to drive repeat and referral business.
- Assess clients' personal and commercial insurance needs, providing customized policy recommendations.
- Present competitive insurance solutions and close sales with professionalism and confidence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance lead generation efforts.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM tools.
- Stay informed on market trends, underwriting guidelines, and product offerings to provide clients with the best options.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong networker: Someone who enjoys connecting with people and developing lasting partnerships.
- Proven experience in personal and/or commercial insurance sales or lead development (preferred).
- A valid insurance license for personal lines and commercial lines (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms and the ability to track and manage leads effectively.
