The Challenge
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join the OneTrust Digital Marketing team. Our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading successful digital campaign management through media buying sophistication and operational excellence. This role will play a key role in continuing to build our digital program with campaign and audience strategy, development, execution, and optimization being among your main responsibilities.
Your Mission
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic channels.
- Research, propose, and implement new digital strategies to meet marketing objectives, including identifying appropriate audiences, designing landing pages, and tracking campaign performance.
- Create and manage roadmaps for testing ad creatives, messaging, and audience segmentation.
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including budget pacing, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creative effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve conversion rates and campaign outcomes.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze performance metrics and develop actionable insights to improve ROI across digital campaigns.
- Create and deliver clear, compelling performance reports using tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Power BI.
- Establish KPIs and benchmarks, ensuring accurate tracking and measurement across channels.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including the global campaign and regional teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders, highlighting performance trends and strategic opportunities.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovation and best practices in all campaigns.
- Apply industry-standard benchmarks and competitive analysis to inform strategies.
You Are
- You are passionate about digital marketing, know the particularities of each platform, and how to communicate performance through storytelling.
- You are a team player who can manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines while adhering to the process.
- Knowledge of production management platforms and digital marketing tools, i.e., LinkedIn Ads Manager, Meta Campaign Ads, X Advertising (Formerly Twitter), YouTube, Google Data studio, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Analytical and possess the ability to evaluate data and interpret results.
- A detail-oriented approach and a desire to achieve objectives accurately.
- Solid quantitative and research skills, and proven data interpretation capability
- Ability to learn new systems and workflows.
Your Experience Includes
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a equivalent working experience.
- 3-5 years of paid digital experience, B2B Marketing experience a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of social and analytics platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Analytics, Search Cloud, AEM, Measure/Bizible).
