The Challenge This Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance role is part of the CFO organization, reporting into the Senior Manager, Strategic Finance. The Strategic Finance team acts as trusted advisors to leadership and partners with teams across OneTrust to improve the profitability, scalability, and defensibility of our business model. We ensure key business outcomes by setting goals, measuring performance, and driving execution.Your Mission We're looking for a results-oriented and detail-focused individual with a passion for creating an impact in a growing company. As an early member of our team, you'll be a high-impact player, working on a wide range of tasks associated with our Product and R&D teams.In this role you will : Support our company’s planning, reporting, and financial processes on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.Work closely with R&D and other cross-functional partners to develop plans, forecasts, and reasoning for capital allocation.Communicate, collaborate, and present to all levels of the organization, from executive management to front-line individual contributors.Answer questions around our unit economics by understanding relationships between our cloud infrastructure, current product and its future roadmap, and customer usage.Define financial and operational frameworks that evaluate KPIs, and manage programs / initiatives to achieve desired results.Conduct analyses, distill trends, and develop modeling to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and support decision-making.Build out financial infrastructure and automate aspects of the FP&A process.You Have 3-5 years of progressive finance experience at a high-growth technology company; investment banking, consulting, or PE / VC experience applicable.Advanced financial modeling, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills with incredible attention to detail.Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate complex financial data into actionable, compelling narratives that provide recommendations and inform strategy.Propensity to create clarity and structure in ambiguity by building credibility, fostering consensus, and driving change without direct authority.Exceptional project management and multitasking skills.Nice to Have Solid understanding of SaaS, cloud computing, and the broader technology market landscape.Experience with SQL.#J-18808-Ljbffr
