We are seeking a Senior Manager, Onboarding & Operations to lead and optimize our Global Go to Market (GTM) onboarding programs and enablement operations. This role will oversee an international onboarding team, content development, and enablement planning as well as collaborate with the corporate onboarding team to ensure a seamless and effective new hire experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, highly detail-oriented, and passionate about using AI and innovation to continuously enhance onboarding and ramping programs.

Your Mission
As The Senior Manager, Onboarding & Operations, Your Mission Is To Lead And Optimize Our Global Go To Market (GTM) Onboarding Programs. You Will
- Own and drive the onboarding strategy from Day 0 to full ramp by segment, ensuring a seamless learning path for new hires.
- Lead a global onboarding team, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee the content development and enablement planning teams, ensuring alignment with onboarding objectives and overall GTM priorities.
- Develop data-driven onboarding programs, leveraging best practices in adult learning to drive knowledge retention and application.
- Implement AI-driven and innovative learning experiences, optimizing onboarding efficiency and engagement.
- Continuously iterate on onboarding content and processes based on learner feedback, performance analytics, and business outcomes.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure ramp time, knowledge retention, and productivity, adjusting strategies to improve outcomes.
- Partner closely with sales leaders, enablement teams, HR, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between onboarding and broader talent development goals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of enablement technologies, LMS platforms, and AI-powered learning tools to drive operational efficiencies.
- A strategic thinker with 7 years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or onboarding within a high-growth tech company.
- Experienced in building, scaling, and improving onboarding programs with measurable impact.
- Skilled in adult learning principles, instructional design, and sales enablement best practices.
- Proficient in leading global teams and managing cross-functional enablement initiatives.
- Hands-on with LMS platforms, AI-driven learning tools, and content creation technologies.
- Analytical, with the ability to optimize onboarding strategies based on performance data and KPIs.
- Operationally minded, with experience in content strategy, enablement planning, and process efficiency.
- An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
- Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple initiatives and driving execution at scale.
