Your Mission
As the Senior Manager of Business Operations, you will:

You’ll help shape the direction of the company by providing insights and recommendations that align with our executive priorities.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives by building collaborative “SWAT” teams that break down silos and foster cross-departmental collaboration. You’ll quarterback the design and execution of key initiatives, ensuring that critical stakeholders are aligned on the problems we need to solve, clear on how we plan to solve it and focused on delivering tangible outcomes.
- Monitor and Adapt Execution: Ensure continuous monitoring of strategic initiatives, identify risks, and implement course corrections when needed to keep projects on track. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring the company meets its goals by staying agile and responsive to new insights.
- Governance and Decision Making: Establish governance structures that ensure effective decision-making, set up forums that support timely, data-driven decisions, and provide frameworks for identifying and resolving potential risks.
- Build Relationships and Influence: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, facilitating communication and ensuring everyone is aligned on priorities and execution plans.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Work across functions to implement and optimize key processes (such as quote-to-cash and record-to-report), ensuring we continuously improve efficiency, scalability, and automation.
