The Challenge
The Talent Operations Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining our talent operations processes. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective talent management practices, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Your Mission
- Process Optimization: Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent operations.
- Technology Enablement: Leverage HR technology and tools to streamline talent operations and improve user experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, recruitment, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of talent operations initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure all talent operations processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including background checks, referrals programs, etc
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the talent operations team.
- Project Management: Lead and manage talent operations projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Intra-Team Communications: Own and manage the cascade of communications within the talent operations team to ensure clarity and alignment on goals and initiatives.
- Recruiting Sharepoint Portal: Own and manage the recruiting central portal, ensuring it is up-to-date and effectively utilized by the team.
You Are
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in talent operations, HR, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR technology and data management tools.
