Qualification:-
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field.
Responsibility:-
· Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
· Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
· Provide safety training and education to all workers.
· Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions.
· Monitor the use of safety equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
· Respond to workers' safety concerns and issues.
· Maintain records of safety-related incidents and reports.
· Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety standards.
· Conduct emergency response drills and ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.
