What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Manager position at OneUnited Bank?
POSITION SUMMARY:
Work with the CEO/Chairman, the social media and sales teams to develop and maintain customer relationships. Requires a high degree of confidentiality, initiative, strong verbal and written communication and technology skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES - essential job functions include but are not limited to:
1. Work with CEO to develop and maintain relationships with Bank supporters and business, government and community organizations to grow the Bank and enhance the Bank’s reputation.
2. Support the Banks sales efforts by working with the social media and/or sales team to improve customer reviews and reach out to new and existing customers via verbal and written communication.
3. Utilize Salesforce to gather customer data, input and/or update customer profile.
4. Schedule and/or attend meetings with CEO and other senior managers focused on developing new or maintaining existing business. Increase community involvement of the Bank in Los Angeles.
5. Completion of marketing and other special projects as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires a bachelor's degree
- Excellent analytical, computer (i.e. excel, word, etc.) and data base (i.e. salesforce) management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range: $2,826.93 - $3,230.77/Biweekly, Which annualizes to $73,500.18 - 84,000.02
