POSITION SUMMARY
One Water Marine is a leader in the boating industry and has been serving the boating community for over 40 years. Our expansion and growth have created the need to fill key positions to keep up with the demands in the boating industry. We are seeking a full time Accounts Payable Manager to join our efficient and hard-working team at our headquarters in Buford, GA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a staff of 15 to 20 (direct & indirect reports) of Accounts Payable professionals | 35% |
Oversee department activities and ensure proper AP procedures are followed by group | 15% |
Track productivity and accuracy of the group | 5% |
Approve check runs and submit wire/ACH payments | 15% |
Resolve vendor issues/concerns | 10% |
Manage annual 1099 filings | 5% |
Balance sheet reconciliations | 5% |
Enhance AP process and ensure proper controls are in place | 5% |
Other special projects as assigned | 5% |
SKILLS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Associates degree in Business or Accounting is a plus
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of management experience is a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- Familiarity with the boating industry is a definite plus
