We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team at Caribee Boat Sales in CAR. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that all aspects of the company are running smoothly and efficiently. Your main goal will be to increase profitability and drive growth by developing and implementing effective business strategies. You will work closely with other members of the management team to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure that the company is meeting its goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 10 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the marine industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience working in a sales or marketing role
- Knowledge of the boating industry and related products and services
- Experience managing a team of sales professionals
- Experience with financial analysis and budgeting
