POSITION SUMMARY
The Charter Administrator is responsible for providing day to day administrative assistance to the Charter Managers. They will assist with upkeep of files/records, communicating with internal departments, communicating with clients/crew, lead monitoring and follow-up, brochure generation, contract generations, upkeep of charter listings through multiple platforms and assist with viewings of prospective yachts entering the fleet.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Upkeep of files/records for all charter management vessels as per company processes
- Communication with internal departments, clients and crew
- Lead Monitoring, Organizing and Follow Up
- Upkeep of Charter Listings across multiple platforms
- Brochure Generation
- Contract Generations
- Viewings of prospective yachts entering the fleet
- Other duties as required
