About the Role :

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary goal will be to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. You will be expected to handle a high volume of calls and emails, and to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be critical to your success in this role. You will be an integral part of our team, and will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
