POSITION SUMMARY

Janitors at OneWater are responsible for effectively and efficiently performing a wide variety of cleaning tasks, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace environment for employees, customers, and visitors. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, and all common areas including sweeping, mopping, dusting and wiping down surfaces. 
• Empty trash bins and properly dispose of waste. 
• Restock supplies in all common areas such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper. 
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are organized and stored properly.  
• Report any maintenance issues to the store manager. 
• Handle all cleaning products appropriately. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. 
• All other duties as assigned. 

SKILLS

• Excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies & safe handling practices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail oriented.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
