Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to be trained to operate and maintain production machinery
- Willing to learn how to use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with deburring and finishing products
- Experience operating CNC machines
- Be flexible for shift work
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure efficient and effective production processes
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime
- Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure products meet required tolerances and measurements
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products and materials as needed
- Deburr and finish products to ensure they meet our high standards of quality
