POSITION PURPOSE: OneWater Marine is seeking a talented and passionate Growth Marketing Specialist to facilitate and implement strategies across multiple areas of digital marketing including paid search, display, retargeting, SMS, email and direct mail campaigns. Additionally, this integrated marketing position sits within Revver Digital, a division of OneWater Marine, and will be responsible for lead generation campaigns, campaign management/optimizations, performance analysis and reporting. The Growth Marketing Specialist will work with the Digital & Direct Marketing Manager to ensure marketing programs are executed on a national and local level. Skills:

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns and executing KPI centric optimizations.
- 2 years of digital media planning or other related experience with B2B and B2C strategies.
- Hubspot and/or Pardot certifications
- Google Ads certification
