About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Administrator to join our team at Tom George Yacht Group. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales department in achieving its goals and objectives. Your major end result will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department, while providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where multitasking abilities and flexibility are essential.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales administrator role or similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in marketing efforts
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
Skills:
As a Sales Administrator, you will be utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office products will be essential in maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions. Your multitasking abilities and flexibility will be put to the test in our fast-paced environment, where you will be coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department. Your experience in sales or related field will be an asset in processing sales orders and preparing sales reports and presentations. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred, but not required.
