As a Sales Associate at Walker's Marine in Naples, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the face of our company, representing our brand and values to potential customers. Your main goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while building long-lasting relationships with clients. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all customer needs are met and exceeded.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the marine industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
